Fest of Ale event celebrates their 12th anniversary on Saturday, June 3rd and their 2nd year hosting thousands of people at the New Albany Riverfront Amphitheater, located below East Main street at the foot of Pearl Street.
Thousands of fun loving beer drinking folks from Southern Indiana and Louisville gather annually, rain or shine for the this popular annual “Fest of Ale” event, presented by Keg Liquors to sample beers from around the world, socialize with friends, and raise funds for our children in need! This grassroots fun Fest promoting independent breweries and businesses offers over 250 amazing craft and import ales for sample, and raises thousands of dollars for the Crusade for Children. Event founder Todd Antz's father was a Jeffersonville fireman, and grew up watching fire fighters all over the area helping raise funds for the Crusade, so this event has a special tie helping local fire departments raise funds!
Tickets are $40 in advance and $50 at the gate on the day of the event. Advance tickets are available starting April 14th through Keg Liquors, at 617 E. Lewis & Clark Pkwy. in Clarksville or at 4304 Charlestown Rd. in New Albany, or online at www.kegliquors.com. Pre-Sale Access Pass Party will take place at the Exchange Pub + Kitchen – 118 W Main Street in New Albany on April 13th from 5-8 PM.
The Fest of Ale was created as a fundraiser for the WHAS Crusade for Children.
Last year, the event raised more than $16,000.00 for area kids who benefit from the Crusade.
Fest of Ale will be running donations through the New Albany Fire Department
