The Mt. Beautiful Pinot Gris is light straw yellow in colour with an expressive and inviting aroma of ripe pip fruit, poire William and cox's apple with a touch of floral beeswax. On the palate the wine is full bodied, dry and flavoursome with a creamy mid palate of classic ripe pear nuances and a long persistent finish showing delicate spicy bees waxy notes. It is full bodied wine showing the classic hallmarks of great Pinot Gris.
